4. SMS Communications

Pretty Profits and The Lux Agency send SMS messages through our Chronos platform for the following purposes:

Transactional SMS

Non-marketing messages related to your account, purchases, event reminders, course updates, and service notifications. These messages are sent when you register for an event, purchase a program, or activate a Chronos account.

Marketing SMS

Promotional messages about upcoming events, new programs, special offers, and product updates. Marketing SMS is only sent with your explicit consent, obtained at the time of registration or purchase.

Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your enrollment status and the phase of your program. Expect 1–4 messages per week during active program periods.

Carrier: SMS messages are sent via Chronos, powered by The Lux Agency, using registered 10DLC numbers compliant with US carrier requirements.

Your mobile number is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. It is used solely to deliver messages related to your Pretty Profits enrollment and Chronos account.
